After a blood test with Thriva, it was suggested to my by the GP to try magnesium supplements to help me sleep. I’ve tried other supplements before and not noticed a difference. Within 2 hours of taking these before bed, I feel relaxed and sleepy enough to be able to drift off! I’ve noticed muscle recovery after workouts is better too. Easy to swallow capsules which is always a bonus. I noticed results almost immediately- the first night I took them, I had more deep sleep and felt naturally tired when I went to bed. My sleep data stated that I had had less restless time in bed. My husband was quite skeptical but he started taking them 4 days ago before bed. He is not waking up anxious and his sleep is much more restorative.

I started taking two capsules at night and within one week I noticed a huge difference to the pain I had in my hips and ankles due to menopause.
